French Teacher - Loughborough, Leicestershire - January 2026
A welcoming and well-organised secondary school in Loughborough is seeking a Teacher of French to join its Modern Foreign Languages department from January 2026.
French is firmly established across KS3 and KS4, with a curriculum designed to develop confident communicators and strong cultural awareness. The department is supportive and collaborative, with clear schemes of work and shared resources that help maintain consistency and reduce workload.
You will:
Teach French across KS3–KS4 (with KS5 opportunities depending on experience)
Deliver lessons with a strong emphasis on speaking, listening and cultural understanding
Support assessment, feedback and intervention strategies
Contribute to enrichment such as language clubs or cultural events
