Welder
“Leading the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives”
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where quality, efficiency and safety are at the heart of everything you do.
Working closely with the Production Leader, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded products that meet customer expectations and production deadlines. You’ll take a proactive approach to setting up your workstation, ensuring the correct tools and materials are available, and maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll play an important role in achieving agreed efficiency levels across the factory and will liaise with colleagues across departments to support a true “one team” approach. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work across Prep, Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly or Despatch, with full training provided.
Health and safety is our number one priority. You’ll be expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, complete daily performance trackers, and report any damaged equipment promptly. You’ll also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and ongoing skills development.
About you:
- MIG/TIG Welding qualification
- Ability to pass an introductory weld test
- Flexible, reliable and quality-focused
- Willing to learn and work across different departments
