KS3/4 French Teacher - Leicester

Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term/permanent

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated KS3/4 French Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Leicester . This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Teacher of French (QTS required) who is passionate about language education and committed to delivering engaging lessons.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm and participation.
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Take part in school activities, parents' evenings, and departmental meetings.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Right to work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service.
* Experience teaching French at KS3/4 in a UK secondary school.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning.
* Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on student progress.
* Ability to engage and motivate students in a dynamic learning environment.
