What are we looking for?

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operative's to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in line with company procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong commitment to health and safety practices

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Passion for quality and delivering excellent customer service

• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday 06:00-14:00

Salary: £13.18 p/h

Location: Ratby Lane - Leicester
